Who Can Access the OnSite Extranet?
The OnSite Extranet is currently only available to customers with active support contracts and to strategic partners of OnSite Systems, Inc. OnSite's Extranet offers our customers and partners self-service features such as online documentation access, online technical support capabilities, online field service bulletins, and other self-service capabilities, all in a secure web environment.
How Do You Get Access?
In order to receive an extranet login account, you must complete the Extranet Account Registration Form. All fields on this form are required with the exceptions of Department, Title, and Fax #. Incomplete forms will not be processed.
The most important aspect to the registration form is your email address. Your email address must be your company-based account (not your home or personal email). By not supplying a company-based account, you risk delaying the approval process or getting your request rejected.
How Long Will It Take?
Your request is routed to the appropriate Account Team within OnSite for validation and approval. A typical response time is two business days.
If you do not hear back after two business days, please send a direct email to support@onsitesystems.com and we will escalate your request.
For new customers and new partners, the response time will be up to a week, as we will need to validate the support contract and perform some back-end system setup and administration.
Logging In
Type your user name into the supplied field on the login form. Click on the Submit button and enter your password when prompted. Important note: your user name and password are case sensitive.
